This FAQ covers everything you need to know to plan an awesome SK8 House party—from skating time and food options to party room details and policies.

Using Your SK8 Time

• All parties include all-day SK8 passes
• Guests may arrive before the party start time to skate and enjoy arcade games
• No re-entry fees
• No spectator fees

Example: A 4:00 PM party may arrive earlier to skate.

Party Room Access

• Party rooms are accessible only at the scheduled start time

Example: A 4:00 PM party enters the room at 4:00 PM

• Early room access or additional room time may be added for an additional cost
• Early access is based on room availability
• Please notify your party planner in advance

Additional Room Time

• Available for $150 + sales tax
• Includes 1.5 hours of additional room time
• Includes 13 all-day SK8 wristbands

Additional Skaters

• $12 + state tax per skater

Outside Food & Drinks Policy

• Outside food and drinks are not permitted
• Exception: Value Parties (Mondays only)

Allowed with booked parties only:
• Birthday cake or cupcakes
• Ice cream or ice cream cake
• Goodie bags

Important notes:
• SK8 House cannot store desserts in kitchen refrigerators
• Guests must provide their own cooler for ice cream items

Ordering Additional Food

Guests may order additional food and drinks the day of the event or in advance.

Ordering the day of your event:
• Visit Casual Eats (food vendor) upon arrival
• Provide the last name on the party, party room, and items you’d like to order

Ordering in advance:
• Text (757) 354-4269
• Include your first and last name and event date

Important notes:
• Advance food orders must be placed at least 7 business days before your event date

Pizza Information

• Pizzas are 16 inches in diameter
• Each pizza is cut into 8 slices

Utensils & Supplies

Included for the first 13 guests:
• Plastic forks
• Plastic spoons
• One cake cutter

• Additional utensils and supplies may be available for an additional fee

Decorations

• Guests may bring their own decorations
• Blue painter’s tape only may be used

• A $75 room damage fee will apply if any damage is found

Electronic Party Contract

• All public and private parties must sign an electronic contract
• Contracts are emailed immediately after booking
• Full payment is required before entering the party room

Accepted Forms of Payment

SK8 House accepts:
• Credit
• Debit
• Tap Pay
• Google Pay
• CashApp

Food vendors accept:
• Cash (when paying vendor directly)
• Credit
• Debit

• SK8 Team members may accept cash tips

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• All party cancellations are subject to a 30% non-refundable fee based on the selected package
• Remaining balance will be issued as SK8 House store credit

Store credit may be used for:
• SK8 House Parties
• Admissions
• Memberships

Store credit may not be used for:
• Arcade
• Escape Room (Virginia Beach location)
• Food or beverages

• No-shows will not receive a refund or credit

Rescheduling:

1. Reschedules are free if requested 7 business days prior to the event.

2. Rescheduling within 6 business days or less prior to the event will result in a $30 fee.
