Additional Room Time

• Available for $150 + sales tax

• Includes 1.5 hours of additional room time.

• $12 + state tax per skater, skate rentals included

Food & Drink Timing

• Food and drinks are served 30–45 minutes after your event starts.

Outside Food & Drinks

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed

SK8 Team members may accept cash tips.

• All public and private parties must sign an electronic contract

• Contracts are emailed immediately after booking

• Full payment is required before entering the party room

• Guests may bring their own decorations

• Blue painter’s tape only may be used

• SK8 House does not provide painter’s tape or any table or wall decorations

• All decorations and supplies must be provided and set up by the customer

Please note:

• A $75 room damage/cleaning fee will be charged if any damage is found or if the room is left excessively messy (spills, food all over the floor, etc.).

  • Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited in all party rooms and skating areas.
    

  Simple rule: enjoy the party—just leave the room how you found it.

• All party cancellations are subject to a 30% non-refundable fee based on the selected package

• The remaining balance will be issued as SK8 House store credit

Store credit may be used for:

• SK8 House parties

• Admissions

• Memberships

Store credit may NOT be used for:

• Arcade

• Escape Room (Virginia Beach location)

• Food or beverages

Rescheduling:

• Reschedules are free if requested 7 business days or more before the event

• Rescheduling within 6 business days or less will result in a $30 fee

• All reschedules are subject to availability
