Terms and Conditions

1. Payment:

• Credit/Debit cards and contactless payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay) are accepted.

• Cash is accepted at vending machines and the arcade.
  

2. Prohibited Items & Conduct:

• Drugs, weapons, smoking (cigarettes/electronic cigarettes/vaping devices) are prohibited within the building.

• Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are not permitted.

• Violation of these rules will result in immediate removal from the premises and forfeiture of all payments (including admissions, rentals, party deposits, event fees, food orders). No refunds will be granted.
  

3. Party Room Access:

• Guests are only permitted in the party room during their reserved time slot.

• Early access (for decorating or setup) is not granted.
  

4. Damage & Cleaning:

• Damage to the room, its contents, or SK8 House equipment will result in a damage/cleaning fee of up to $200.

• Excessive uncleanliness may also incur a cleaning fee.

• Decorations can only be hung using blue painter's tape (not provided).

• Use of other adhesives (packing tape, mounting tape, duck tape, command hooks, etc.) is prohibited and will result in a damage fee.
  

5. Party Logistics:

• A SK8 House Team member will check in the party host and deliver pre-ordered food, drinks, wristbands, utensils, and arcade cards.

• Additional food and drinks must be ordered and paid for directly from the on-site vendor Casual Eats.
  

6. Kids' Jungle Gym (Virginia Beach Only):

• Maximum height limit: 53 inches.

• Socks are required.

• Use of the jungle gym is available to party guests with wristbands who meet entry requirements, but it is not included in any party package.

• No refunds or prorations will be offered for jungle gym closures due to maintenance or repairs.
  

7. Skate Trainers:

• Skate trainers are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Maximum height limit: 53 inches.
  

8. Curfew:

• Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (at least 25 years old) after 9:00 PM.
  

9. Early Arrival:

• Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and to receive supplies.

• Early arrival does not grant early access to the party room.

Waiver of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any activity at SK8 House Virginia Beach LLC, I, the undersigned, or the parent/legal guardian of any minor entering the building, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of falling, collision with other customers or objects, and injury resulting from such incidents. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that SK8 House Virginia Beach LLC, as well as its employees, agents, and representatives, shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages that may occur while in the building.

2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless SK8 House Virginia Beach LLC, including its owners, employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my child while in the building at SK8 House Virginia Beach LLC.

3. Compliance with Rules: I agree to comply with all the rules, regulations, and instructions provided by SK8 House Virginia Beach LLC. I understand that failure to follow these rules may result in immediate removal from the premises without any refund.

4. Personal Property: I understand that SK8 House Virginia Beach LLC is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property that may occur while in the building.

5. Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury or illness, I authorize SK8 House Virginia Beach LLC and its employees, agents, and representatives to seek medical treatment, including emergency medical services, on my behalf or on behalf of my child, if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.

6. Photo and Video Release: I grant SK8 House Virginia Beach LLC permission to photograph or record me or my child while in the building and to use such photographs or recordings for promotional and marketing purposes, without any compensation to me.

7. Severability: If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Right to Refuse Entry: SK8 House Virginia Beach LLC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any customer(s) from the premises if they engage in inappropriate behavior, pose a safety risk to others, or fail to comply with SK8 House Virginia Beach LLC facility rules and guidelines. Our priority is to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

I have read this waiver carefully and fully understand its contents. I am aware that by acknowledging this waiver, I am releasing certain legal rights. I acknowledge this waiver voluntarily and of my own free will by entering the building.

Food Delivery

• Standard Delivery Window: For events hosted at SK8 House, food deliveries are typically scheduled to arrive within 30-45 minutes of the event's start time. This timeframe may be adjusted based on specific event needs and circumstances.

• Unforeseen Delays: Both parties acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., high demand, external factors) may impact delivery times. SK8 House will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule.

• Same-Day Orders: For orders placed on the same day as the event, availability and timely delivery may be affected by kitchen capacity and existing commitments.

• While SK8 House will strive to fulfill these orders within the standard delivery window, it cannot guarantee delivery within the standard serving times.

• Last-minute orders are subject to potential delays.

• Recommendation: To ensure optimal service and timely delivery, clients are encouraged to place food orders in advance.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations:

• 8+ Days in Advance: Customers receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.

• Within 7 Days: Customers receive a SK8 House Store credit applicable only to SK8 House Parties, Admissions, or Memberships. This credit is non-transferable and excludes the arcade, escape room (Virginia Beach location only), and food/drink purchases.

• No-Shows: No refund or credit is provided for events missed without prior notice.

• Rescheduling:

• Customers may reschedule their event at any time before the scheduled start date at no extra cost.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

• Please notify SK8 House in advance to ensure a smooth rescheduling process.
